What did I do 

I played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing Winter WonderLandsdowne, a holiday campaign aimed at driving traffic and revenue by engaging the local Leesburg community. The campaign’s primary focus was to boost revenue in the Food and Beverage department through a series of well-curated events and activations that appealed to a broad range of guests. These activations included family-friendly events such as Brunch with Santa, a festive holiday pet farm, a bustling holiday market, to-go holiday dinners, live ice sculpting demonstrations, and horse-drawn hayrides, among others.

By creating a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the resort, we successfully generated increased foot traffic, enhanced guest experiences, and drove higher sales across multiple departments. To support this campaign, I executed a comprehensive marketing strategy that included a variety of channels and touchpoints. This involved a $93K media buy with Icon International, influencer marketing campaigns to amplify reach, and a robust social media strategy that showcased the resort's holiday offerings in real-time.

In addition, I oversaw the creation of collateral, art sourcing and design for promotional materials, large sign printing and display to guide visitors around the resort, and the development of brochures and maps to enhance guest experience. I also played a key role in organizing and curating a vendor market, ensuring that local businesses were integrated into the event, further connecting the resort with the surrounding community.
